As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Terry holds full accountability for managing UK-based engineering consultants and ensuring regulatory compliance. He orchestrates the entire lifecycle—from early-stage procurement planning to final site handover—guaranteeing that design integrity aligns perfectly with commercial goals and local building codes.
